Firstly, I found out that John Mayer is coming to Sydney in May - I'm very excited about that!
Secondly, I bought a pot and planted a bay leaf tree that I got late last year as a gift - it's the first time I've tried gardening so I'm a bit proud of myself :)
Here it is before a massive storm hit. I hope it rained just as hard over the dam as well. We need the water.
And third, I'll soon be able to partially reclaim my sewing room. I'll have to share the room with mum, which means so big table and a lot less storage, but I will be able to have my machines set up permanently :)

We are still working on the gardening thing, it's a bit hit and miss, I just forget about the plants sometimes!! I hope your bay tree has a long and happy life.
